We're a small group of cocktailers who share a few common interests: we believe in living large, having a good time, and mixing a fantastic cocktail.

Rone Walker

Born: 1964, Madrid.
Lives: NY and London (back and forth).

Favorite Design Trend : mid-century modern, love it, it is so timeless…

Favorite Color: Orange.
Favorite Cocktail: Vodka martini, up dry and dirty (keep it simple and uncomplicated)
Favorite Music: House remixes and exotic lounge versions of samba-inspired jazz
Recent Vacations: Moscow, Bora Bora, Bangkok

Born into a well-heeled clan with homes in exotic and embarrassingly eccentric locales around the world, Rone is perhaps our most worldly, or at least seriously cultured cVibe contributing editor. 

An adventurist for sure, Rone has been spotted heli-skiing in the AM and sipping from his favorite Sudtirolean white wine while dining al fresco at the Villa d’Este on the shores of Lake Como.  But never too good for the local pub in SOHO while at home in London, rest assured there is no snob element in Rone’s world. 

When asked to name the best cocktail venue, Rone replied: “I don’t believe in ‘bests’ or ‘favorites” – it’s all in the mood and vibe.  Great times can be had in the most unexpected and least anticipated moments, in the most obscure spots.  As long as the crowd speaks the universal language of HIGH ENERGY, it’s all good – so good!! 

 

Jade Fontane (aka Jetset Jade)

Born: 1969, San Francisco.
Lives: Currently posted in Hong Kong, but home is LA, with frequent trips to homes in Sonoma and Aspen.

Favorite Design Trend:  Anything but French Country!  Hate it.  Inspiration: Coco Chanel.  Currently into almost anything Danish circa 1960
Favorite Color: Chartreuse (combine it with charcoal for a superstar look).
Favorite Cocktail: Boysenberry Mojito (the right mix of tang and kick.  Girly, but not over-the-top)
Recent Vacations: Buenos Aires, Shanghai

“Yes, I’m all about brands, style and design, but at the core of it all, I’m just a simple gal who knows how to have a good time!!” explained Jade when we asked her to describe herself.  Park Jade on cliff overlooking the crashing waves of Big Sur, with a bottle of red and a good book, and Jade is in heaven. 

 “What do I not like?  WALLFLOWERS who make it a point of leading horribly boring existences!!  Let’s face it, life is short, so kick it up a notch and enjoy every minute!” 

Jade has been with cVibe for ages, it seems, and is always reminding us that great design and spirit often comes from simple elements.  Having a weekend retreat (to put it mildly) in the hills of Sonoma, Jetset Jade knows how to kick back and live it up.  Entertaining comes naturally, having descended from a dynasty of famous chefs and socialites in her native land Down Under.  We love Jade, she is here to stay…









































 

 

 

 

What is it about a cocktail that we find so fascinating?

Perhaps it's the fact that cocktailing is an activity that involves people, conversations, depth and overall good times. There's nothing better than getting together with friends and family, mixing a concoction of choice, sitting back, and relaxing. If you subscribe to our outlook and enjoy cocktail culture, great! Do I have to order via the website? Can I phone in an order?

Of course you can! If you'd like some suggestions on what to pick out, or if you simply prefer to speak with a human being, just give us a call on the number listed in the contact us section of the website, we'd love to help you out!

How do you keep your prices low?

We hope you've realized that our prices are lower than our competitors. In part, we keep a good value by focusing on the product itself, not on fancy packaging that will be thrown out after opening. If you would like us to giftwrap your item for a special occasion, we would be glad to, simply add the request in the comments section of your checkout cart. Remember guys, we sincerely care about providing you the best possible experience.

Are your glasses dishwasher safe?

All of our glassware is dishwasher safe, after all our products have been in the hands of hotels and restaurants for years, and trust us, they know how to put the pressure on glassware (10-20 industrial dishwasher cycles a day).

My glass broke on or soon after delivery , what do I do?

The majority of our products are hand made, and as such, imperfections sometimes occur. We offer a no questions asked broken glass replacement policy. If your glass breaks in shipment, or within two days of recieving your order, during normal use, we'll send you a replacement. Thats it. Depending on the circumstances, we may ask you to send us the broken glass (for quality control purpose), but as general rule, we don't skimp when it comes to keeping you a happy cocktailer.

My glass broke, but after the two day window, what do I do?

While we would certainly love to, we can't afford to indefinitely insure every glass we sell for breakage! This is glassware after all; it will most certainly break under the right circumstances. Please don't ask us for free replacement items if your glasses broke after the two day window, we can't do it. But, if you email us and ask nicely, we may be able to get you some kind of discount to replace your broken beauties with!

Shipping Policies

We try to pick, pack, and ship all orders in the same day, however, depending on availability, it may take us up to 48 hours to assemble your package. If you would like to expedite or otherwise inquire as to the speed at which you will recieve your cocktail goodies, send us an email or give us a call, we'll see what we can do. Remember, we are cocktailers in real life, so you can communicate with us freely. All packages will ship within 1 business day of your credit card being charged. Please Note: Free shipping applies to the continental United States. We cannot ship to PO or APO boxes.

What to Expect

Most of our products are handmade. This means that there may be slight variations in color, shape or size from one item to the next. This does not mean that they are defective, rather, these are signs that our products are indeed handmade creations and especially unique. All of our products are subject to these unique traits, even if the item itself does not say that it is handmade.

Turnaround Time

It may take up to 2 business days to process and pack your order before it can ship.

Breakage Policies

Please carefully check all merchandise upon recieving your package. We pack well, but every so often there may be a broken item, it just happens! Just let us know within 2 business days, via fax or email, and we will send you a replacement or give you store credit. (note, CocktailVibe does not provide cash or credit card refunds. All credit will be given in the form of Store Credit.)

In the case of damaged items, please keep all boxes and packaging materials for 10 days. We'll file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf, and will replace any damaged items in subsequent shipments to you. Above all, we're interested in your satisfaction, so just drop us a line and we'll do our best take care of any situation that arises.

All claims must be received either by fax or email. Even if you have spoken with a CocktailVibe representative about your breakage, a claim can only be filed once a fax or email has been received. Please give us a detailed list of which item(s) were broken and if you would like store credit or replacements. Below are the contacts you need to file a claim.

Return Policies

If you receive your package, and changed your mind about your purchase please email or fax us to request a Return Authorization Number(RA#). Do not send goods back to us before you receive an RA# from us. Any return not labeled with the correct RA# is subject to a $15 fee. Once you receive an RA# simply ship back the product in its original packaging. Once we recieve the items intact, we will provide store credit for the value of the items, minus original and return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. CocktailVibe is not responsible for the cost of return shipping on any any items returned for any reason. The condition of the returned products is solely the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we cannot provide credit for any items that are broken upon arrival or that have been used in any way.
