Each customer that places an order will be entered into a monthly drawing. At the end of each month, one lucky customer will be given a free membership to Club CV.
Become a Member.
To apply for membership please send an email to bryan@cocktailvibe.com and put "Club CV" in the subject line. We will send you an application to fill out and email or fax back to us. Once your application is processed and a $75 yearly subscription fee has been paid, we will send you a confirmation email notifiying you that your payment has been recieved and your membership has begun. Included in this email will be your personal CV Club Code.
All memberships are valid for 12 months. Regardless of which day the membership was purchased, it will expire on the final day of the 12th month. For example, if your membership begins on April 23rd, 2009 it will end on March 31st, 2010.
*Club CV code must be entered into the “Coupon” field at checkout for every order. No Club CV related sales, promotions or discounts will be honored without your valid CV Club code.
